Service Delivery Policy

Scope of Services
GS Services Group LLC-FZ provides facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, and related professional services within the United Arab Emirates. All services are delivered according to the agreed scope of work and the schedule confirmed with the customer at the time of booking or contract signing.

Service Delivery Timeline

The delivery of services will be made in accordance with the mutually agreed schedule.

For recurring contracts (weekly, monthly, annual), services will be delivered as per the terms outlined in the agreement.

Any changes to the scheduled delivery must be requested in writing and confirmed by our team.

Service Limitations & Compliance
In compliance with UAE law, GS Services Group LLC-FZ will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

Confirmation of Delivery
Customers are requested to confirm service completion through the provided reporting or sign-off process. Any concerns about the service delivered must be raised within 24 hours for resolution.
