Refund and Delivery Policy

G S Services Group FZC provides digital consultancy and technical services on a prepaid basis. The delivery of services includes:

– Email delivery of reports and documents
– Scheduled video calls for consultations and training
– Access to downloadable digital files (if applicable)

Refunds:
– No refunds are provided once the service process has started.
– If the client cancels before the first delivery, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs.

Delivery:
– Services are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
– Delivery delays due to client inaction or missing information are not the responsibility of the provider.
