Terms of Service

These Terms govern the access to and use of consultancy services provided by G S Services Group FZC, a Free Zone Company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

1. Services are delivered digitally and include consultancy, training, documentation, and technical audits.
2. All services are provided to businesses (B2B) and are prepaid in full prior to delivery.
3. Once the consultancy or project begins, no refunds will be issued.
4. Clients must provide accurate information to ensure proper service execution.
5. G S Services Group FZC is not liable for misapplication of advice or non-implementation by the client.
6. All communication and deliverables are in digital format (PDF, video call, email).
7. Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be governed under the laws of Ajman Free Zone, UAE.

By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
