Compliance & Business Standards
Professional Standards. Transparent Processes. Responsible Business.
At GS Global Services L.L.C-FZ, we believe that strong business relationships are built on transparency, clear processes and responsible professional practices.
We support clients through structured and professionally managed engagements designed to provide clear commercial arrangements, responsible service delivery and transparent communication.
Our Approach to Compliance
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our operations in the United Arab Emirates.
Our internal approach focuses on maintaining accurate business information, appropriate records, clear commercial documentation and responsible relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers.
Where additional regulatory, contractual or third-party requirements apply to a particular engagement, these requirements are considered as part of the service and onboarding process.
Client & Business Information
Depending on the nature of a service, we may request information reasonably required to:
- Identify the customer or organisation
- Understand the requested service
- Prepare quotations, proposals or agreements
- Issue invoices and reconcile payments
- Fulfil contractual and operational requirements
- Protect our business and customers against misuse or fraudulent activity
- Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
The information required may vary according to the service and circumstances of the engagement.
Clear Commercial Processes
Before a service is confirmed, we aim to provide clear information regarding the scope of work, price, currency, delivery arrangements and applicable commercial terms.
Where payment is required, customers may receive an invoice and/or individual secure payment link after the relevant service, booking or payment requirement has been confirmed.
Secure Payments
Payment information is entered only through the secure hosted environment of an authorised third-party payment provider.
Customers who receive a payment request are encouraged to verify that it relates to a legitimate quotation, booking or invoice before completing payment.
Customers should not send complete card details through ordinary email, website forms or messaging services.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal and business information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, while confidential business information provided during an engagement is used only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Working With Third Parties
Our services may involve third-party technology, hosting, communications, banking, payment, professional or operational providers.
Where third parties are involved, they operate under their own regulatory obligations, terms, privacy notices and security controls.
We select and manage third-party relationships according to the requirements of the relevant service and our business operations.
Responsible Business Practices
Our approach is built around four core principles:
Transparency
Clear information regarding who we are, the services being provided and the applicable commercial arrangements.
Accountability
Appropriate documentation and records supporting our business relationships and service delivery.
Security
Reasonable safeguards designed to protect our systems, communications and information.
Professional Standards
Structured processes designed to support reliable and responsible service delivery.
Compliance Enquiries
Customers, business partners and service providers requiring additional company or compliance information may contact us directly.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, supporting corporate or commercial documentation may be provided as part of a legitimate onboarding, contractual or due-diligence process.
