Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the use of our website and services provided by GS Global Services L.L.C-FZ.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website gsservicesgroup.ae and the purchase or use of services supplied by GS Global Services L.L.C-FZ.

By using this website, requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

2. Our Services

We provide business and operational services within the activities permitted by our trade licence, including facilities management services, advertising services, and data processing, hosting and web portal services.

The scope, price, timetable, deliverables and service location for each engagement will be set out in the relevant quotation, proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work or invoice.

3. Eligibility and Business Customers

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our services are supplied for business purposes.

4. Requests, Quotations and Contract Formation

Information on this website is an invitation to make an enquiry and is not a binding offer.

A contract is formed only when we confirm the service in writing, issue an accepted quotation or proposal, confirm a booking, or accept payment against an invoice.

If there is a conflict, the agreed quotation, proposal, statement of work or booking confirmation takes priority over these Terms for that engagement.

5. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices and currencies will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal, booking confirmation or invoice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, government charges, bank charges, foreign exchange costs and third-party costs.

The customer is responsible for charges identified as payable by the customer before confirmation.

6. Payment

Secure Payment Process

Our public website does not accept card payments and does not provide a public shopping cart or checkout.

After a service, booking or invoice is confirmed, we may send the customer an individual secure payment link generated through our management system.

Payment is processed on the secure hosted page of an authorised third-party payment provider. The provider may vary according to payment method, card type, currency, location, availability or applicable commercial terms.

GS Global Services L.L.C-FZ does not collect or store full payment card details.

Payment remains subject to the payment provider and card issuer authorisation procedures. We may postpone service commencement or delivery until cleared payment is confirmed.

Any refund will be handled under our Refund Policy and, where approved, returned through the original payment channel where reasonably possible.

7. Service Delivery

Delivery may be digital, remote, on-site or a combination of these methods.

Estimated dates are provided in good faith and depend on timely payment, customer information, approvals, access and third-party availability.

The agreed quotation, proposal or booking confirmation will state any service-specific timetable. Further details appear in our Service Delivery Policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide complete and accurate information, lawful instructions, timely decisions, suitable access and a safe working environment where on-site services are required.

The customer is responsible for obtaining permissions and licences relating to customer-provided materials, systems, premises or data.

Delays or extra work caused by missing, inaccurate or late information may change the delivery date and price.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy and in any service-specific quotation or proposal.

Refund eligibility depends on whether work has commenced, resources have been committed, a service has been activated, or third-party costs have been incurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Website Accounts and Security

If an account or protected area is provided, the user must keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

We may suspend access where necessary to protect the website, customer information or our systems.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with operation, scrape content unlawfully, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe third-party rights or use the website for fraudulent activity.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, graphics, software and other content owned by or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for legitimate enquiries and internal business evaluation. No ownership right is transferred.

Customer-specific deliverables are governed by the relevant written agreement.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including communication, hosting, analytics and payment services.

Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or independent acts, except to the extent required by law.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

15. Disclaimer

Website content is general information and does not replace a written quotation, professional advice or a service-specific agreement.

We do not guarantee that general website descriptions will meet every customer requirement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or data, arising from an engagement.

Our total aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid or payable for that specific service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, unlawful instructions, material breach, security risk, unsafe conditions or failure to provide required information or access.

Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Amounts due for work already performed and committed third-party costs remain payable.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Customers must ensure they have a lawful basis to provide personal data to us and must not send sensitive or unnecessary information through general website forms.

19. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for the relevant engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or to professional advisers and service providers who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

20. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government action, conflict, labour disruption, telecommunications failure, cyber incident, utility outage or supplier failure.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the last updated date.

The version in force when a service is confirmed applies to that service unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

22. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

23. No Waiver

A delay or failure to exercise a right does not waive that right.

A waiver is effective only when confirmed in writing by the party granting it.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
